The Practice of System & Network Administration

I will tackle the UPS man when ‘The Practice of System & Network Administration’ from Amazon arrives at my doorstep next week. The TOC says to me it covers stuff we always knew instinctually about how we should run IT here, but never sat down and articulated. I’m looking forward to plowing through this tome and thinking about our IT with a more solid understanding of best practices.
